Crystal Ly is a visual artist who works in photography and traditional mediums such as painting. Ly completed her Bachelor’s in Art at the University of California, Irvine.
Ly’s work investigates stages of observation. In capturing pleasance, symmetry, and harmony, perception diverges by obstruction or magnification creating abstracted forms. She also explores personal vulnerabilities, conveying physical sensations and incorporating symbols from her background, identities, and relationships.
